Dear Shihan, Instructors and members of IKGA;
I hope you are all doing
well. This year Vice President Paul Starling 8th Dan and
Oceana Bloc Director Brian Mackie 8th Dan submitted their essays to
be evaluated for the title of Hanshi at my request. Today, June 4, 2018,
I would like to officially announce as the I.K.G.A. President and Saiko Shihan
that they have both been awarded the rank of Hanshi in IKGA.
